Elsewhere, teammate Shola Ameobi is in Nigeria's squad as they face Mexico in friendly action on Wednesday, 5th March. The fixture will be played in Atlanta, USA.

And striker Papiss Cisse completes the call-ups for now, as he will represent Senegal in a friendly against Mali on Wednesday, 5th March. The front man will not have to travel far, however, with Paris the venue for the match.
