Newcastle's Capital One Cup second round tie against Morecambe has been selected for live broadcast by Sky Sports.
As a result, it will kick-off at 7.45pm on Wednesday, August 28th.
United were drawn against the League Two side, who knocked Wolves out in the first round, on Thursday lunchtime.
The match will be played at the Shrimps' Globe Arena, which opened in 2010, and ticket details will follow in due course.
