Romain In Reserve Squad For Reds

Romain Amalfitano, Mehdi Abeid and Adam Campbell are in Newcastle's under-21 squad to face Manchester United

Summer signing Romain Amalfitano is included in the Newcastle United under-21s squad to face Manchester United on Friday evening (kick-off 7pm).
The Frenchman is joined by two other players with first-team experience for the Magpies, with Mehdi Abeid and Adam Campbell also involved in the Barclays Under-21 Premier League clash at Moss Lane in Altrincham.
And defender Curtis Good makes his second trip to the North-West in the space of three days - he was part of the senior squad which travelled to Old Trafford in the Capital One Cup on Wednesday but missed out on a place on the bench.
Aussie midfielder Bradden Inman will look to continue his superb form this season - he has five goals in four appearances at second-string level - while Marcus Maddison turned 19 on Wednesday so will hope to celebrate with a good performance.
Irish midfielder Brandon Miele having missed the beginning of the season through injury while goalkeeper Freddie Woodman is included having made his England under-16 debut in Thursday night's 5-0 Sky Sports Victory Shield win over Northern Ireland.
Willie Donachie and Peter Beardsley's side have so far won two, drawn one and lost one of their fixtures at this level.
