Alan Pardew has named an unchanged line-up from Newcastle United's last Premier League fixture, as the Magpies take on Fulham at St. James' Park this afternoon (3pm kick-off).
Following an encouraging goalless draw last time out in league action against West Ham, boss Pardew has kept faith with the same set of players.
It means another start for midfielder Vurnon Anita, alongside Moussa Sissoko in the engine room, with the duo flanked by Hatem Ben Arfa and Sylvain Marveaux.
At the back, goalkeeper Tim Krul is protected by a back four of Mathieu Debuchy, Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa, captain Fabricio Coloccini and Davide Santon.
And at the other end of the pitch, Papiss Cisse and Shola Ameobi will be aiming to fire United to their first three points of the 2013/14 campaign.
On the substitutes' bench there is a place for new loan signing Loic Remy, who could make his Newcastle debut, and he is joined by Rob Elliot, Paul Dummett, Dan Gosling, Yohan Cabaye, Sammy Ameobi and Yoan Gouffran.
Fulham include two former Newcastle players in their starting line-up - defender Aaron Hughes and midfielder Scott Parker. There is also a place on the bench for another ex-Magpie, winger Damien Duff.
