Magpies Heading For Kharkiv

Written by Newcastle Utd

Find out who's in the squad for United's trip to Europa League Round of 32 second-leg trip to Kharkiv

By Anthony Marshall - Newcastle United Managing Editor

Newcastle United are jetting out to Ukraine ahead of Thursday night's Europa League Round of 32 second-leg fixture against Metalist Kharkiv (6pm kick-off English time).

Manager Alan Pardew has named a strong 19-man party for the match at the Metalist Stadium, which the Magpies travel to hoping to build on a first-leg goalless draw.

January signings Moussa Sissoko, Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa and Massadio Haidara are all on the plane, along with the likes of club captain Fabricio Coloccini, midfielder Yohan Cabaye and striker Papiss Cisse.

There is also a welcome return for Dan Gosling, who is involved in the first team squad for the first time since injuring ankle ligaments back in October.

As always, nufc.co.uk is the only place to come for in-depth coverage of United, be it at home or abroad.

Managing Editor Anthony Marshall and Club Reporter Dan King will bring fans previews, live text updates, reports and reaction from the fixture, with Club Photographer Ian Horrocks providing exclusive images all the way.

And Newcastle supporters should also stay tuned to nufcTV, as Video Reporter Rob Scanlon supplies the manager's pre-game press conference, post-match interviews and highlights exclusively for our subscribers.
