Newcastle United are en route to Spain for a five-day training camp.

Head coach Steve McClaren has taken a 26-man party to La Manga, where the Magpies will start their training sessions on Wednesday afternoon, while also playing a friendly against Norwegian side Lillestrom on Saturday.

Paul Dummett, Vurnon Anita and Siem de Jong, who have all been ruled out by injury recently, are part of the travelling squad, while there are also places for January signings Andros Townsend, Jonjo Shelvey, Henri Saivet and Seydou Doumbia.

As always, nufc.co.uk and nufcTV are the only places to come for in-depth coverage of United, be it at home or abroad.

Interviews, photos, updates, reports and reaction from throughout the training camp will be across the website, nufcTV and our other digital platforms, including Twitter (@NUFC), Facebook (facebook.com/newcastleunited) and YouTube (youtube.com/nufcofficial1892).
