Flying full-back James Tavernier scored both Rotherham goals as the Millers beat Bristol City 2-1 on Saturday.
The 22-year-old's double maintained his side's promotion challenge and ended the visitors' six-match unbeaten run.
His first was a stunning 30-yarder after just two minutes and his second a fine free-kick after Wade Elliott had equalised for City.
Tavernier played the whole game while Haris Vuckic was an 81st minute substitute as Rotherham extended their undefeated sequence to 15 games.
In the Barclays Premier League, Jonas Gutierrez appeared as a half-time substitute for Norwich against Swansea but the Canaries were already 2-0 down and ended up conceding another.
Adam Campbell made a rare start for St. Mirren as they drew 2-2 with Inverness Caledonian Thistle. He came off in the 64th minute while Conor Newton played the full 90 minutes.
Shane Ferguson was an unused substitute for Birmingham as they lost to Bournemouth and on Friday, Romain Amalfitano figured for 83 minutes of Dijon's 1-1 home draw with Arles.
Mehdi Abeid - who had remained on the bench during Wednesday's 3-0 win over Kalloni - was a 73rd minute substitute for Panathinaikos as they drew 0-0 with Atromitos. He was booked.
