Tim Krul is one of four goalkeepers named in a 30-man provisional Holland squad for the forthcoming World Cup.
United's number one made 38 appearances in all competitions during the 2013/14 camapaign, keeping 11 clean sheets in the process.
And that form has persuaded Louis van Gaal to select him alongside Swansea's Michel Vorm, Jeroen Zoet of PSV Eindhoven, and Ajax stopper Jasper Cillessen.
Van Gaal has until Monday, 2nd June to reduce his squad to 23 players and one goalkeeper will be among those cut from the list.
Krul has five international caps to date and was part of the Netherlands squad at Euro 2012, although didn't get any game time.
Holland have been drawn in Group B of this summer's tournament in Brazil alongside reigning world and European champions Spain, Australia and Chile.
