United's Barclays Under-18 Premier League game against Blackburn has been postponed, but Aston Villa trip has been rearranged

By Dan King - Newcastle United Club Reporter

For the second weekend running, Newcastle United's under-18 side will be without a game after their home game against Blackburn Rovers was postponed.

The Magpies, who beat Manchester City 3-2 last time out, were due to host Rovers on Saturday but with the Little Benton pitch not currently playable and more snow forecast on Friday evening, the game has been called off.

Last weekend's away game at Aston Villa was also postponed, but that has now been rearranged. The new date is Saturday, 23rd March with an 11am kick-off.
