Inman Extends Loan

Written by Newcastle Utd

Young midfielder Bradden Inman has extended his loan spell with Crewe Alexandra until the end of the season

By Dan King - Newcastle United Club Reporter

Bradden Inman has extended his loan spell with Crewe Alexandra until the end of the season.

Australia-born midfielder Inman has scored four times in nine starts for the League One side since joining them at the end of November and had already netted seven goals for Newcastle's under-21 side.

With Crewe through to the area final of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy, Inman will now be hoping to help Crewe overcome Coventry over two legs to reach Wembley. His deal will include the play-offs should the Alex reach them.

The 21-year-old has twice been on the bench for Newcastle's first team, having joined the club as a 14-year-old, and won the Wor Jackie award in 2010.
