Good Heads To Tannadice

Written by Newcastle Utd

Defender Curtis Good has joined Scottish Premier League side Dundee United on loan until the end of the season

By Dan King - Newcastle United Digital Editor

Australian defender Curtis Good has joined Dundee United on loan for the rest of the season, subject to international clearance.

The 20-year-old - who played in last season's Capital One Cup final during a loan spell with Bradford - made his Newcastle debut against Morecambe in the same competition in August.

Although primarily a centre-back, he can also play at left-back and has captained United's under-21s on a number of occasions.

He joins Adam Campbell and Conor Newton, both with St. Mirren, in heading north of the border, while Paul Dummett also shone in the Scottish Premier League last term.

Good is available to play in Saturday's match against Partick Thistle.
