Fans Forum Reaffirms Season Aims

Written by Newcastle Utd

United's aims for the season and latest financial results were reaffirmed at the latest official Fans Forum, which took place on Monday

Newcastle United's aims for the season, latest financial results and even elements of the Club's transfer policy have been reaffirmed as part of its latest official Fans Forum, which took place at St. James' Park on Monday evening.

A wide range of topics suggested by supporters were discussed at the meeting as the Club's board and senior management team continues to meet with fans and the Club's principal sponsors four times a season.

Detailed minutes from Monday's meeting are available here.

The new Fans Forum was launched in summer 2013 to deliver regular, structured dialogue between supporters and the Club.

The Forum, which was designed with assistance from the Premier League and Football Supporters Federation, consists of 12 fans randomly-selected from hundreds of applications, two supporters clubs - NUFC Fans United and Newcastle United Disabled Supporters Association - nine Club officials and two representatives from Wonga.com.
