Mike Dean will take charge of Newcastle United's trip to Leicester City in the Barclays Premier League on Saturday (12.45pm kick-off).
It is the fifth time this season the Wirral-based official has overseen a Magpies' match, having been in the middle of August's goalless draw at Aston Villa, a 1-0 defeat at West Ham in November, New Year's Day's 3-3 home draw with Burnley and a 1-0 Tyne-Wear derby defeat at the Stadium of Light on Easter Sunday.
On that afternoon against Sunderland, Dean booked seven players including United pair Jack Colback and Ryan Taylor.
In total during the 2014/15 campaign, he has refereed 33 games across the Barclays Premier League, Championship, FA Cup and Capital One Cup, issuing 147 yellow card and six reds.
Dean, aged 46, began officiating in 1985 and progressed through the ranks to the full referees' list in 1997 and the Select Group of referees for the Premier League in 2000.
He has taken charge of the 2004 Community Shield, the 2008 FA Cup final and the 2011 League Cup final.
On Saturday at the King Power Stadium, Dean will be assisted by Simon Long and Stuart Burt, with Andre Marriner the game's fourth official.
