Cabella Wins Player Of The Month Prize

Remy Cabella was presented with the Newcastle United Wonga Player of the Month award for January by supporter Adam Rowe on Thursday

Rémy Cabella is the Newcastle United Wonga Player of the Month for January.
The Frenchman - a summer signing from Montpellier - scored his first goal for the Magpies against Hull and was outstanding against league leaders Chelsea last month.
That saw him win the award ahead of Yoan Gouffran and Moussa Sissoko and lucky fan Adam Rowe, from Tynemouth, won the opportunity to present Cabella with his trophy at the Magpies' Training Centre after voting on Wonga's Newcastle United fan site.
Adam also received a Wonga Player of the Month pennant signed by the midfielder.
Jack Colback was August's player of the month while Papiss Cissé won September's prize.
Gabriel Obertan won the award for October, Sissoko was November's star man and Ayoze Pérez scooped January's award.
