United's youngsters beat Foxes
Dave Watson’s side now sit second in the Under-18 Play-Off Group C – three points behind Wolverhampton Wanderers, who they face next weekend.
Danish frontman Sorensen netted his first less than ten minutes in, with defender Ben Kitchen adding a second for United just before the hour-mark.
And Sorensen – who grabbed a late winner for the Magpies against Brighton & Hove Albion a fortnight earlier – made sure of another victory with 65 minutes on the clock.
After taking on Wolves, Newcastle conclude their season at home to Swansea City next Sunday.
Should they win both, they will guarantee a top-two finish at least.
