Academy Sports Performance Psychologist

We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, passionate, and skilled individual to join our Category 1 Academy as Sports Performance Psychologist. Working collaboratively with our progressive multi-disciplinary team, you’ll develop and implement a Sports Psychology programme for coaches and players across all ages to support performance excellence in an elite high-performance environment, in line with EPPP requirements. 

Reporting to our Academy Manager, you’ll focus on the psychological preparation and development of players through the pathway to optimise their performance.

Qualified in sports psychology you’ll need to be HCPC registered and have British Psychological Society Accreditation at Stage 2 or be BASES accredited in Sport Psychology, or have an ability to attain in an agreed timeframe

With experience of delivering sports psychology support to athletes, it’s essential that you have the high levels of energy and resilience that our sport demands and the flexibility to deliver in a changing environment.

Academy Security Officer

The Club are looking to recruit a Security Officer to work at our Club’s player Academy, which is currently situated in Little Benton.

The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the security of the Academy building, assets and all users, dealing with all personnel in a professional and polite manner.

Hours worked per week vary from 30 to 33 hours and are based on a 3 week shift pattern, Shifts will be between 6.30am and 9.30pm depending on the shift pattern for that week.
