The son of Newcastle's former goalkeeping coach Andy Woodman is one of the most highly-rated young shot-stoppers in the country, having represented England at under-16 and under-17 level.
As well as becoming the regular number one at under-18 level in 2012/13, Woodman also appeared on the bench at under-21 level on a handful of occasions. He played for the Reserves in a friendly at York while still just 14 years old.
Went under the surgeon's knife in September 2013 but bounced back to make his under-21 debut towards the end of last season and helped England to win the European Under-17 Championship finals in Malta during the summer of 2014.
