St. James' Park
Barclays Premier League

The Magpies play at home on Boxing Day for the first time since 2001 when they take on Manchester City - and since beating Middlesbrough 3-0 that day, they have failed to win on December 26 since.
So now they're back at St. James' Park, Newcastle will hope to get back to winning ways on this date, having endured some rather unfestive results on their travels in previous years.
Last season, Newcastle had to settle for a draw at Sheffield Wednesday after a controversial Owls goal, while each of the previous two seasons had seen Ryan Taylor score against United before going on to join us.
United's results on Boxing Day since 2001 are:
2001 - Newcastle 3 (Shearer, Speed, Bernard) Middlesbrough 0
2002 - Bolton 4 (Okocha, Gardner, Ricketts 2) Newcastle 3 (Shearer 2, Ameobi)
2003 - Leicester 1 (Dickov) Newcastle 1 (Ambrose)
2004 - Blackburn 2 (Dickov, Todd) Newcastle 2 (Dyer, Robert)
2005 - Liverpool 2 (Gerrard, Crouch) Newcastle 0
2006 - Bolton 2 (Ramage og, Anelka) Newcastle 1 (Dyer)
2007 - Wigan 1 (Taylor) Newcastle 0
2008 - Wigan 2 (Taylor, Zaki pen) Newcastle 1 (Guthrie pen)
2009 - Sheff Wed 2 (Varney, O'Connor) Newcastle 2 (Nolan, Ameobi)
