Despite the scoreline, Alan Pardew felt Saturday's loss at Chelsea was a "real response" to the derby defeat to Sunderland.

He reflected on a big moment at Stamford Bridge where Moussa Sissoko was denied by Petr Cech moments before Eden Hazard made it 2-0 to Chelsea.

And he was left to rue the fashion of all three goals United conceded against the league leaders.

Pardew also gave nufcTV some injury news and looked ahead to the midweek meeting with Tottenham.
