By Dan King - Newcastle United Digital Editor

Alan Pardew felt Newcastle could have got all three points against West Ham on Saturday but remained philosophical after the match and thanked the fans for staying with the team.

He also praised Davide Santon and Vurnon Anita in particular for their displays and looked back on 100 Premier League games in charge of the Magpies.

Not only that, but Pardew looked ahead to the next two games, against Morecambe in the Capital One Cup and Fulham in the league, and touched upon the transfer window as he spoke to nufcTV.
