Former Newcastle United star John Beresford and ex-Sunderland skipper Kevin Ball will be going head to head in an exclusive derby match talk-in at Shearer's Bar TONIGHT!

Just days before United play host to the Black Cats at St James' Park, the two will be sharing ideas and thoughts on their respective teams and giving the audience a chance to put their questions at this one-off pre-derby event, only at Shearer's Bar.

Both Ball and Beresford continue to enjoy strong links with the clubs where they both played and made their names. Their experience, behind the scenes knowledge and ability to 'say it like it is' puts them in the perfect position to comment on today's teams and provide analysis for the big crunch game.

Shearer's Manager Chris Reed said: "This is a must see event for fans. The two players are synonymous with the clubs and both have a great understanding of what makes their teams tick.It's likely to be a lively night!"

The event is hosted by Radio Newcastle's Mick Lowes and kicks off at 7pm.
