NEWCASTLE United's stylish new purple change kit goes on sale on Thursday, July 24 - and fans will have the chance to meet some of their Toon heroes to celebrate the launch.

A number of Kevin Keegan's squad will be at the club's St. James' Park store that day between 2.30-3.30pm to meet fans buying the new strip that was worn for the first time in the 4-1 friendly win at Hartlepool last weekend.

Supporters are reminded that anyone buying the new change kit from official Club stores or online via NUFC Direct at www.nufc.co.uk will be entitled to a FREE ticket for our home friendly against Valencia on Saturday, August 9 (kick-off 3pm).

The new change kit goes on sale at 8am on Thursday, July 24, at official Club stores at St. James' Park and Monument Mall and normal trading hours at official Club stores in Eldon Square and MetroCentre.

The Magpies are again due to sport the new purple kit this Saturday when they travel to Doncaster Rovers for their second pre-season friendly.
