New signing Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa took part in his first training session on Thursday morning.

The centre-back, who arrived from Montpellier on Tuesday, met his United teammates before being put through his paces at the Club's Benton-based Training Centre.

After a warm-up, Yanga-Mbiwa and Co undertook a number of drills and short-sided games, taking advantage of the undersoil heating on the training pitch, while snow lay all around the outside.
