Papiss Cisse fired Newcastle United back to winning ways on Sunday with the only goal of the game in a 1-0 victory over Norwich.

The Magpies' number nine made it three strikes in four home games since his January arrival, with a classy outside-of-the-boot finish from Jonas Gutierrez's cross in the 11th minute.

And Cisse could have bagged a hat-trick before half-time, but saw two other efforts kept out by Canaries keeper John Ruddy, who also produced a wonder stop to deny Demba Ba's flick.

It was an important win for United, who remain firmly in the hunt for a European place at the end of the season, and Club Photographers Ian Horrocks and Serena Taylor captured the best of the action.
