Sunday may be a day of rest for most people, but not for United's first-team squad with Monday's match at Arsenal on the horizon.

The sun was out at Newcastle's Benton training centre as the players prepared for the following day's visit to the Emirates, and the good weather certainly had a positive effect on the mood of the team as there were smiles all round ahead of the big game against the Gunners.

But despite the relaxed expressions, the lads certainly worked up a sweat on a beautiful March morning in North Tyneside.
