Magpies Member Kyle Wilson won a recent Money Can't Buy competition to appear in Newcastle United's first team photo.
It was a dream come true for the youngster, who wrote to the Club to share his experience of the day:
"I won a competition to be in the first team photograph, which I was very excited about and couldn't wait.
"I had to go to the reception with my dad and we were then taken to the canteen. I got to see all of the players come in and got some autographs then. I also got to talk to Peter Beardsley about football and stuff.
"I then got to be in the photograph and sat next to Alan Pardew and John Carver. My dad took lots of photos which I have shown to all my friends. Once the photographs were finished I was allowed to watch the team train.
"I waited for all the players to come out and got most of their autographs. They were all really nice. Alan Pardew even had a chat with me.
"Watching training was really good. The players looked like they were having loads of fun. I was dying to join in. Coloccini even came to play football with me for a bit and I showed him some of my skills.
"After training I was invited to go for lunch with the players. The meal was really nice. I had chicken and pork which are really good for footballers and miles better than school dinners.
"It was then time to leave which I was sad about. I had really good day and being there has made me even more determined to work hard to become a footballer. Hopefully I will then be able to be in the picture for real in a few years' time."
