Newcastle United Foundation is recruiting two staff as part of a new Big Lottery Fund programme called Talent Match.

The Foundation will support young people aged 18 to 24 who are not in education, employment and training, using the Newcastle United brand to engage, inspire and motivate.

Senior Project Officer (Talent Match Youth Coach)
35 hours per week. Fixed term contract to 31 December 2015 with the possibility of an extension
To lead the delivery of Talent Match for unemployed young men. The role requires a passion for and experience of delivering innovative courses, programmes and activities that engage unemployed young men using sport.

Project Officer (Talent Match Youth Coach)
17.5 hours a week. Fixed term contract to 31 December 2015 with the possibility of an extension
To be an assistant in Talent Match sessions for young unemployed men. The role requires a passion for and experience of delivering innovative courses, programmes and activities that engage unemployed young men using sport.

Both posts will require a DBS check and may require evening and weekend work.
