Euan Duffin was nominated as Wonga's Mascot at Newcastle United v Cardiff on Saturday.

Euan, age 10 from Morpeth, has attended many of the Foundation's holiday soccer schools in Northumberland and has also been nominated for a place on the Advanced Coaching Programme.

Tony Threlfall, football development manager at the Foundation nominated Euan for the Wonga Mascot place:

"Euan is a great young player but it is his attitude, behaviour and sportsmanship which stood out through the season. He definitely deserved the Mascot place on Saturday."
