Newcastle United Foundation is inviting its key partners take part in the Speedflex Corporate Challenge in March this year.

Teams of between four and seven participants will visit the Speedflex centre, Jesmond and take part in a brief introduction session before competing in the 35 minute 'challenge'. The aim of the challenge is for your team to burn as many calories as possible. Your results will then be put through a Speedflex index so no matter what size, number or fitness level of your team, it is an even playing field.

The challenge starts on 1st March 2014 running until the end of the season and your team can enter as many times as you like. A leaderboard will be on display throughout this period at the Speedflex Centre, on Speedflex's website and in the Newcastle United match day programme. The team that burns the most calories will get the chance to meet Newcastle United legend Alan Shearer who has also been one of Speedflex's long term member's. Alan will present the winning team with the Speedflex Corporate Challenge trophy during half time at the first Newcastle United home game of 2014/15 season.

If standing in the centre of St James' Park with the Toon legend isn't enough, he will also spend an hour in your corporate box before the game. If you do not have a box, Speedflex will donate places in their box.

Please book as early as possible as places are limited. Speedflex is also asking that all teams entering make a one off donation of £50 to the Newcastle United Foundation which helps over 50,000 disadvantaged children, young people and families throughout the region every year.

Speedflex will also offer a complimentary two week membership to every corporate challenge participant worth £70 each as a thank you for taking part.
