Former Newcastle United goalkeeper Steve Harper will return to St. James' Park on Wednesday 11 September for a star-studded charity fixture organised by Newcastle United Foundation which will celebrate his 20-year spell at the club.
A Newcastle United XI, selected by the popular shot-stopper, will take on AC Milan Glorie , a legends team from Italian Serie A giants AC Milan, at the home of the Magpies at 7pm on Wednesday 11 September, with all proceeds going to the Great North Children's Hospital, Sir Bobby Robson Foundation and Newcastle United Foundation.
As part of this fantastic event, we can offer exclusive mascot experiences which include:
-Each mascot will be named in commemorative match day programme
-Pre-match food at St James' Park at 6pm
-Newcastle United XI souvenir strip (black and white stripes) or AC Milan Glorie kit (black and red stripes)
-Souvenir group photo
-The chance to walk out onto the pitch with the Newcastle United XI and AC Milan Glorie (KO 7pm)
-One match ticket for mascot to watch the game
-Two extra match tickets for accompanying parents or adults
Places for this one-off experience are available for £495 and all proceeds go to Great North Children's Hospital, Newcastle United Foundation (Registered Charity Number 1124896) and The Sir Bobby Robson Foundation.
There are places available on both teams. Legends already confirmed include Magpies legends Alan Shearer, Rob Lee and Faustino Asprilla, while the AC Milan Glorie squad will feature a host of revered Rossoneri icons including Franco Baresi, Paolo Maldini, Alessandro Costacurta and Andriy Shevchenko.
