Young Newcastle United fans are being given a once in a lifetime opportunity to run out alongside their heroes at St. James' Park in August courtesy of the Newcastle United Foundation.
The Club's nominated charity, which relies on independent fundraising to continue boosting the skills and opportunities available to more than 38,000 young people and families across the region each year, has created exclusive Mascot Experience packages which can now be purchased ahead of United's pre-season friendly against SC Braga on Saturday, 10th August (6pm kick-off).
The date has been confirmed by the Football Association as the inaugural Sir Bobby Robson National Football Day and all money raised from fundraising around the game will be shared between the Foundation and Sacriston Community Football Club, a grassroots club based in Sir Bobby's birthplace in County Durham.
A limited number of Mascot Experiences now remain, giving young Magpies a fantastic day including:
// Each mascot's name in the matchday programme
// A pre-match meal at St. James' Park at 5pm
// A brand new 2013/14 Newcastle United kit
// Souvenir group photo
// The chance to walk through the tunnel and onto the pitch with Newcastle United and Braga and shake hands with the players before kick-off
// Two extra match tickets for accompanying parents or adults
Places for this one-off experience are available for £350 and all proceeds go to Newcastle United Foundation (Registered Charity Number 1124896) and Sacriston Community Football Club.
To book your place, or for more information, call the Foundation on 0844 372 1892, choose option 4, x 8451 or email firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday, 2nd August.
Mascots will need to be at the stadium for 4.30pm.
