The multi Grammy and Brit award-winning Tennessee rockers, Kings of Leon, released their sixth album Mechanical Bull in September, scoring their fourth number one album in the UK. The album has just received a Grammy nomination for Best Rock Album of 2013.

White Lies have recently released their third album, Big TV, which deputed at number four on the UK Albums Chart. The band has recently played a headline show at London Wembley Arena, in addition to headline performances at BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend and the NME Awards Tour.

The Horrors' last silver-selling album Skying entered the charts at number five and was anointed NME's Album of the Year. Boasting headline appearances at some of the UK's largest festivals, The Horrors last appeared in Newcastle in 2012 whilst supporting Florence and the Machine.

Twin Atlantic's debut album, Free, boasted three Radio 1 playlisted singles, including their renowned title track which soundtracked Felix Baumgartner's historic space jump in 2012. The band are gearing up for the release of second album Great Divide in August, which includes the massive new single Heart And Soul.

The band played on the main stage at Leeds and Reading last year and have toured with bands including Smashing Pumpkins, Biffy Clyro, Gaslight Anthem and Blink 182.
