Fancy a Flutter Against Villa?

Newcastle travel to Villa for the tea-time kick-off on Saturday. Let's see what our official betting partner Coral has got on offer…

Last weekend's blip v Wolves was reversed in the midweek EFL Cup win, landing a string of recommended bets including the 2-0 Correct Score at 13/2. Here's to starting another winning run in the league at Villa Park.

Nailed-on…

Villa have started slowly, managing just one win from their nine matches so far (to struggling Rotherham). So if you don't mind short prices the 4/9 available for the Double Chance: Newcastle or Draw stands out.

The Draw No Bet at 8/11 is similarly solid, but there are bigger prices on offer elsewhere…

Smart Money…

Coral offer 6/4 for the Newcastle Win, which looks fair. But the Win to Nil market has been profitable this season - paying out in six of the last seven - and is again on offer at 3/1. You might also be tempted by the Newcastle Win & Both Teams to Score, which pays an even bigger 21/5.

Long Shots…

You can't ignore the Correct Score either. Tuesday's Win (v Wolves) produced the fourth 2-0 score-line in the last six matches. That's a 66% strike-rate so has to be worthy of consideration again at 11/1.

It should be noted that Villa have scored in all four home matches so far and have a habit of leaking late goals, conceding after the 85th minute in their last three. Villa have also been leading at half-time in four of their last six matches but failed to win any of them.

With this in mind the Half-time/ Full-time option of Villa/ Newcastle - i.e. Villa leading at the break and Newcastle to win the match - might be worth a punt at a massive 33/1!

Don't forget, if you are new to Coral you can take advantage of a special introductory offer. Open an account today with a £10 bet and get £30 in Free Bets.
