Newcastle United and Rafa Benitez have won the League Manager Association's LG Performance of the Week award.
The Magpies hit Queens Park Rangers for six on Tuesday night and a five-man panel, comprising LMA Chairman Howard Wilkinson, Sir Alex Ferguson, Joe Royle, Dave Bassett and Barry Fry decided it was the week's outstanding team display.
The distinguished panel has managed a combined total of more than 6,000 competitive matches in professional football.
Jonjo Shelvey bagged a brace, while Ayoze Perez, Ciaran Clark, Aleksandar Mitrovic and Grant Hanley were also on target as the Magpies ran riot at Loftus Road.
Boss Benitez will receive a celebratory bottle of champagne, courtesy of Tanners Wines, and a LG Performance of the Week trophy in a presentation later this week.
