By Anthony Marshall - Newcastle United Managing Editor

Newcastle United's allocation for their Sky Bet Championship fixture at Bristol City later this month has sold out.

Rafa Benitez's new-look Magpies make the trip to Ashton Gate on Saturday, 20th August, (3pm kick-off), but despite the long distance from Tyneside to the Westcountry, all 2,500 tickets for the away end have now been snapped up.

United will be looking to get a first away win of 2016/17 under their belts, and could include new signings Mohamed Diame, Ciaran Clark, Matt Ritchie, Dwight Gayle, Grant Hanley, Matz Sels, Isaac Hayden and Jesus Gamez in their squad for the fixture.
