Ayoze Perez insists United must bounce back immediately from Sunday's Tyne-Wear derby defeat

Ayoze Perez insists Newcastle United must bounce back immediately after revealing his disappointment at their 1-0 defeat to local rivals Sunderland on Sunday.
The Magpies were beaten when Adam Johnson scored the only goal of the game in the final minute of a tight Barclays Premier League contest.
But Perez believes Newcastle can quickly recover, with fixtures against Manchester United and Everton coming up over the next seven days, as they bid to get back to winning ways.
"It was a souring defeat so we aren't very happy about it, but now we are focusing on the next game and we need to bounce back," the Spanish striker told nufc.co.uk.
"Personally, I think I just need to keep playing well and give my best for the next game so I can help put us in a position to bounce back.
"Overall I think it's an unfair result considering that we played so well, but it goes to show that if you don't score and take your chances the result won't always reflect how well you play."
Newcastle had several good opportunities to score but Perez was denied what would have been an outstanding fifth goal of the campaign by the outstretched glove of Sunderland goalkeeper Costel Pantilimon, tipping his long range effort over the bar.
And in a typically bruising Tyne-Wear derby contest, Perez revealed that manager Alan Pardew told United they had to have better control of their challenges in the second half, after the Magpies collected three bookings inside the opening 25 minutes.
"More than controlling the fouls, the manager said that we had to manage our tackles and our emotions in a better way and in particular areas," added Perez.
"So we did much better in the second half not committing any more fouls and managing ourselves better."
