Stoke Under-21 Game To Be Televised

United's Barclays Under-21 Premier League fixture against Stoke City later this month will be screened live by Sky Sports.

Peter Beardsley's side were due to face the Potters at Macclesfield Town's Moss Rose on Friday, 14th November.

But the match has now been moved forward by 24 hours and switched to the Britannia Stadium.

The game will now be played on Thursday, 13th November with a 7pm kick-off.

"It'll be great for the Newcastle fans, who love supporting us," Beardsley told nufc.co.uk.

"It'll be great for them to see us, and it's going to be at the Britannia so it'll be a fantastic occasion for the young lads."

Meanwhile, Newcastle have been drawn at home to Team Northumbria in the Techflow Group Northumberland FA Senior Cup quarter-finals.

The date will be confirmed in due course.
