Wonga are asking fans to nominate a grassroots football club in the North-East to win a fantastic package
Do you know a grassroots football club in the North-East that needs some new equipment?
Club sponsors Wonga are asking you to nominate your club for a football package worth £1,000.
Grassroots football clubs in the counties of Tyne and Wear, Northumberland and Durham have the chance to win a £1,000 package to include:
// Brand new home kit for 15 players
// Training tops for 15 players
// Training aids including brand new goals, footballs, and other accessories
// A visit from a current Newcastle United first team player to award the package
// A coaching session from Newcastle United professional coaches to enhance future club coaching

A panel of representatives from Wonga and Newcastle United will select the top five deserving clubs and then ask fans to pick the winner.
Nominations close at midnight on Sunday, 9th November, 2014.
