Swansea v Newcastle: Two Changes

Papiss Cisse and Gabriel Obertan make their first league starts of the season as Newcastle United travel to Swansea City in the Barclays Premier League.

The pair replace Emmanuel Riviere and Remy Cabella, who both drop down to the substitutes' bench, and are the Magpies' only two changes from Monday's single-goal defeat at Stoke.

Striker Cisse has two goals from just two substitute appearances this season, while winger Obertan, who was a bright spark as a late replacement at the Britannia Stadium earlier this week, last started a Premier League fixture on 30th March, 2013, away at Manchester City.

And the duo have been rewarded by United manager Alan Pardew as they are brought into the side for the match at the Liberty Stadium.

Newcastle are expected to line-up in a 4-3-3 formation, with goalkeeper Tim Krul behind a back four of Daryl JanmaatMike Williamson, captain Fabricio Coloccini and Paul Dummett.

Moussa Sissoko, Cheick Tiote and Jack Colback will form a midfield trio, while in the final third Obertan and Yoan Gouffran will take up roles either side of Senegalese hit man Cisse.

Joining Riviere and Cabella on the bench, there are places for Ayoze Perez, Sammy Ameobi, Vurnon Anita, Massadio Haidara and Rob Elliot.
