Newcastle United supporters have the opportunity to win Jack Colback's signed, matchworn shirt from the midfielder's competitive debut for the Club.
A summer signing from local rivals Sunderland Colback made his competitive bow on the opening day of the 2014/15 campaign, at home against Manchester City.
And getting your hands on the 24-year-old's shirt from that Barclays Premier League fixture could not be easier.
