Priestfield Stadium Gillingham

By Anthony Marshall - Newcastle United Managing Editor

Tickets for Newcastle United's Capital One Cup second round tie away at Gillingham will be posted out first class on Thursday afternoon to supporters who have purchased them.

After 3pm on Thursday, there will be no further posting for this game. However, tickets will still be available, subject to availability, to fans in person over the weekend from the Box Office in the Club Store (Saturday 9am-4pm; Monday 10am-4pm).

Tickets for the cup clash are currently on sale to all season ticket holders and Members.

Alan Pardew's side travel to the League One side on Tuesday, 26th August for a 7.45pm kick-off. The Magpies have been given an allocation of 1,295, and tickets cost £20 for adults, £15 for over-65s, £10 for under-18s and £7 for under-12s.

Supporters who buy concessionary tickets are advised that they should carry ID with them at the match. Any supporter purchasing at the incorrect age band risks non entry on matchday as upgrading at the visiting club is not necessarily permitted on the day.

As with last season, in order to be sure of sitting together season ticket holders and Members must be registered in an away travel group before purchasing tickets (maximum of ten persons per one group).
