Gunners U21 Game Behind Closed Doors

Newcastle's final Barclays Under-21 Premier League match of the season, at home to Arsenal, will now be played at the Magpies' training ground

Next week's Barclays Under-21 Premier League match against Arsenal will now be played behind closed doors at Newcastle's Training Centre.

The game was due to be staged at Whitley Park on Friday, 25th April but will instead take place at the Magpies' Benton HQ.

Kick-off remains at 1pm. It will be United's final second-string game of the season.

Before that, Peter Beardsley's side face Blyth Spartans in the final of the Techflow Group Northumberland FA Senior Cup final at St. James' Park on Tuesday, 22nd April with a 7pm kick-off.
