Several players with first-team experience are included in the Newcastle United squad as a Magpies XI take on Consett on Friday to open the Steelmen's new stadium (kick-off 7.45pm).
Gael Bigirimana, James Tavernier, Adam Campbell and Curtis Good are involved for the friendly at the new Belle Vue Stadium, while Swiss defender Kevin Mbabu and Irish midfielder Brandon Miele return from injury.
Summer signing Olivier Kemen and Slovakian teenager Lubo Satka also feature while Peter Beardsley is expected to play a part as well as performing the official opening ceremony prior to kick-off. Premier League referee Mark Clattenburg will be the man in the middle.
It will be the first match to be played at the multi-million-pound purpose-built venue at Crookhall, on the outskirts of the County Durham town.
As well as Consett's first-team, the new site will house 39 junior teams, two ladies teams and a Reserve team on a 3G artificial field and eight floodlit six-a-side pitches.
Admission is £6 for adults, £3 for OAPs and £1 for under-16s. Programmes are £2, with a full bar and catering facilities available.
There is parking at the ground for 120 cars and once that is full, Consett advise supporters to use the car park at the nearby Tesco store.
