The duo joined former Magpies stars Olivier Bernard, Steve Howey and John Anderson and ex-Newcastle, Carlisle, Gateshead and Darlington striker Richard Offiong to educate youngsters on the subject.
Pupils from Catchgate Primary and Canning Street Primary School took part in a range of anti-racism workshops as well as watching a screening of a SRtRC film and having the chance to pose questions to the panel of players, which also featured the Police and Crime Commisioner for Durham and Darlington, Ron Hogg.
Ged Grebby, Chief Executive of Show Racism the Red Card, said: "Newcastle United Football Club have been dedicated in their support of the charity and it is fantastic to be able to do another education event with the club this season.
"Education is vital component in tackling racism which is why we are very pleased that a big club like Newcastle United have agreed to host one of our education events.
"We hope the event will have a positive impact on the young people attending."
