Midfielder Mehdi Abeid claimed another assist in an impressive performance for St. Johnstone on Sunday

Mehdi Abeid put in an impressive display for St. Johnstone on Sunday afternoon and claimed another assist for the Perth outfit.
But despite taking the lead twice, his side were held to a 2-2 draw by Ross County at McDiarmid Park.
Steven McLean headed the Saints in front before Abeid shot wide, but Richard Brittain equalised from the spot.
However, Abeid's floated free-kick was nodded home by Murray Davidson in the 25th minute, then the Newcastle man again came close to scoring himself.
In the 76th minute, though, Brittain scored with another penalty.
