Canaries Clash Rearranged

Written by Newcastle Utd

This week's Barclays Under-21 Premier League game at Norwich will now be played in March, while Bolton clash is also rearranged

By Dan King - Newcastle United Club Reporter

Friday night's Barclays Under-21 Premier League game at Norwich City has been postponed due to the Canaries' involvement in the FA Youth Cup.

Newcastle were due to travel to Carrow Road this week but with the home side's under-18 team in action against Millwall at the venue on Thursday evening, the game against United has now been switched.

Willie Donachie and Peter Beardsley's side will now travel to the East Anglian outfit's Colney Training Centre on Monday, 25th March with a 1pm kick-off.

Meanwhile, last week's postponed second-string game at Bolton has now been rearranged. The new date will be Thursday, 4th April and kick-off will be 7pm.
