Danny Simpson believes Newcastle have to keep in-form ex-Magpie Wayne Routledge quiet on Saturday

Danny Simpson believes former teammate Wayne Routledge has finally found a place to call home in Swansea City, but is looking forward to shackling the in-form winger on Saturday.
Newcastle entertain the Swans in a 3pm kick-off in the Premier League, and it will see Routledge return to St. James' Park, where he spent 18 months from January 2010.
Despite being just 27-years-old, the London-born wideman is now on to the ninth club of a nomadic senior career, but has been one of Swansea's star performers this season.
And Simpson told nufc.co.uk: "Wayne is doing really well and I'm happy for him.
"He looks settled there, looks comfortable and has started scoring goals as well.
"He's has always been a good player but maybe now has found a club that suits him and has given him licence to play attacking football.
"I chat to him on a weekly basis and he is very happy at Swansea.
"I'm sure he is looking forward to coming back up here and playing against the lads, and probably try to show the Newcastle fans what he's about.
"But if I play against him I will have to kick him as usual!"
Simpson was part of the United team which slipped to a disappointing defeat at the hands of West Ham last weekend, but the full-back is determined to put things right on Saturday and to put in a performance from the first whistle.
"We need to bounce back and it is a good opportunity, with it being a home game, to put some points on the board," he explained.
"We've got to start better against Swansea - we have to start quickly and try to get the first goal, rather than starting when they score first.
"They've got different threats to West Ham. They are more technical and want to play quicker football, but that will suit us, I think.
"They will come and have a go at us, and when teams do that we have got the players up front and on the break to create problems for them."
Tickets for Saturday's Premier League match against Swansea are still available, starting at £20 for adults and £10 for juniors. For more information, click here
