Cup Confirmation - And A Change

Written by Newcastle Utd

United have confirmed the date, time and venue of their FA Youth Cup match against Arsenal - but have had to switch a Northumberland FA Senior Cup tie

By Dan King - Newcastle United Club Reporter

Newcastle's FA Youth Cup third round tie against Arsenal will be played on Tuesday, 27th November at the Underhill home of Barnet.

And that has led to a change of date for United's Northumberland FA Senior Cup quarter-final clash against Bedlington Terriers, which had previously been scheduled for that date.

The Senior Cup tie has been moved back one day to Wednesday, 28th November - the same day that Alan Pardew's first-team travel to Stoke in the Barclays Premier League, but a conflict was unavoidable despite the club's best efforts.

Kick-off at the Dr Pit Welfare Park will be 7.30pm.

Meanwhile the Youth Cup game will kick off at 7pm and admission prices will be £3 for adults and £1 concessions.
