Calling all adrenaline junkies!
Registration is now open for Newcastle United Foundation's charity Zip Slide challenge on Saturday 20th April 2013.
Be part of the 130 strong zip slide team and not only will you get the chance to zip slide alongside the pitch at your beloved St James' Park, you will also be supporting the Magpie's official charity.
Entry fee for the zip slide is £30.00 per person which will cover the cost of staging the event. The entry fee ensures that all the money you raise in sponsorship will go to the Newcastle United Foundation.
We then ask that you to please raise a minimum £140 in sponsorship (to be sent to the Foundation 2 weeks after the event in May 2013). We will send you a fundraising pack with lots of advice and tips on how to reach your fundraising target once you have registered. Every participant will receive a certificate of appreciation on completing the zip wire.
Alternatively we are also offering the chance to buy the experience for £140. This could be a great Christmas present for family and friends! Please contact us for more information.

Who can take part?
Anyone over 12 years of age can take part. There is a weight limit of 17 stone. Due to the nature of these events and current legislation, all participants under the age of 21 must disclose their age.
Who runs the event and where is it?
Instruction and equipment will be provided on the day by qualified instructors from Vertical Events who will be in overall charge of the event, so no previous experience is necessary and there is no need to worry! The zip slide will take place at St James' Park from Level 7 North West Stand to South West Corner, landing at the side of the pitch.
Your allocated time slot will be given before the event but will be between 9.30am and 4pm on Saturday 20th April 2013.
