United's Barclays Under-21 Premier League fixture away to Manchester United has been moved back by four days.
The trip to Moss Lane, Atrincham, had been scheduled for Monday, 24th September but it will now be played on Friday, 28th September.
Kick-off will still be 7pm and the venue remains unchanged.
Willie Donachie and Peter Beardsley's second-string side have made a good start to the current campaign with two wins (6-4 against Tottenham and 5-1 at Stoke) and one loss (1-0 against Southampton).
Newcastle's first team travel to Old Trafford in the Carling Cup on Wednesday, 26th September.
